Postage: I am only able to send to the UK at the current time. i'm looking into ways to send overseas. From the 20th of Apr a standard shipping cost will be introduced Post office way: .All post and packing cost are included in the overall price of the item. .I send all things first class. .I also get proof of postage on everything I send. Couriers: I don’t mind couriers but you would be the one to arrange it all and have to be able to tell me a specific day. Other ways: Don’t know any. What kind of stuff do you trade for? - All really if I like the item you want to trade with, but do take a look at my want list. Ordering: How do I order? - fill out the "how to buy something" form just header it with the word "order" How do I order something custom? - fill out the "how to buy something form" and in the "comments" section state the changes you want. (this stands for jewellery only) I saw something that I want but it says 0 in stock but its still available for order what dose this mean? - It means that there are none made at the moment but if you want one it would be made for you I saw something in the previous products section that I want is there anyway I can still order it? - no sorry but that’s why there is a previous product section. Custom jewellery: How do I order something custom? - fill out the "how to buy something form" and in the comments section state the changes you want. I want a completely new custom design, how do I do this?- in the items section of the order form please put "CUSTOM" fill out the rest normally and in the comments section state what you would like, if you have a picture for a design of what you would like done send that to me as well, if you would like me to make a design for you, describe what you would like and I’ll make a design. If you approve I’ll go ahead and make it for you, if you don't like it or want something changed tell me Would it take any longer if I order something custom?- depends what you would want done. Will it cost extra for something custom?- for a completely new design it would cost £3 added to the total of your item. The actual price of your item would be quoted in an email back to you from your order form (this stands for both minor and completely new designs) I don't want anyone else to have this after me! - Okay just state that in your order form. note: i have the right to post a picture of your custom jewellery any where I like unless you otherwise state. I like certain item, I just want a different picture on it then what you’ve done. - Okay, Email me with your picture and what item you want it on, but it depends what you what the picture on and also how difficult it would be. I have something I want you to put something on for me, is it possible? - email me with a picture of what you want on it and what it is, and we’ll see what I can do. Once an item has left my charge it is no longer my responsibility. I package my items the best way I know how so if it gets broken in the post, it’s the post office fault not mine. Same as if you broke it or anyone else did. This stands for all items I sell. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or returns.
